jinny, a new women’s contemporary destination founded by L.A. fashion industry transplant Jin H Fillinger, marked its launch on August 19, 2006 in the heart of the artsy Short North neighborhood of Downtown Columbus, OH. Finding a lack of contemporary boutiques in Columbus to inspire her fashion sensibility, Jin decided to develop her own contemporary women’s shop in the hip and growing Downtown market to give women with similar frustrations an outlet for their contemporary fashion enthusiasm.
